Currently there is a internal laundry and a toilet separated by a wall. I would like to convert this into a room. I would also like to make a room inside the house wider by removing the wall and extending it out. I would also like to make an outdoor laundry with a toilet. The structure of the house is brick veneer and there will need to be some cutting of brick work mainly with the current internal laundry and toilet which are separated by a brick wall.I have a pergola in the back and will the roof of it for the outdoor laundry.
