I am the secretary of the strata and collectively the owners have decided to implement a proposal to repair and renovate the block completely. the works to be done consist of:
- quantity survey
- repair of concrete cancer
- render and painting of the exterior
- new balconies
- new downpipes and plumbing
- new windows (aluminium)
we will examine three separate quotes accompanied with pictures of the materials and design concepts so we can have an appreciation of the final works. examples of previous works will suffice. we will have an emphasis on the duration of the project and an accurate quote.
