Need a builder to assess and repair possible sagging of roof truss due to weight of ducted AC unit (and/or check if lower cord of truss has been cut to accomodate AC unit) - as per an architect report.
Architect report (from Archicentre) was initially obtained to assess a ceiling crack situated near the return air grill of the AC unit.
Looking to complete job ASAP.
