I need to open up kitchen / lounge room and would like quotes to remove structural load bearing wall which separates.
Total of 2 Walls to be removed. The load bearing wall is approx 1700mm which will open span to 4500mm

Extremely disappointed! We agreed on price, we agreed on date which was in a couple of weeks because he had some other work on. When the day came, he didn't show up! Wasted my weekend waiting for him to turn up. When he didn't turn up, I messaged him. He said he had to go to the dentist, and maybe tomorrow... Didn't show up the next day! Didn't call on Monday when he said he would. Put all my plans out and delayed my renovations. I was forced to repost the ad and go through the quoting process all over again. Took a further 3 weeks until I had the job done by someone else Cost me 5 weeks in total! Price he quoted was a bit cheaper than what i ended up paying, but he simply didn't show up!
