Seeking a licensed builder to provide a fixed quote on a small-medium sized residential job in the inner west (Stanmore). I am ready to start construction as soon as I find an experienced, quality builder at a fair price.
I have council approved plans to build an elevated (by 1600mm) timber deck (total area 25m2) and laser lite covered pergola. In addition, I require:
- removal of some concrete stairs
- concreting under the deck area
- a dry underdeck area (ie. some trays/waterproofing under deck)
- privacy screens on deck
-a built in sink on deck
-a gas point on the deck
-new tap installed in backyard
-lighting under and on deck
- a toilet removed (from within existing house) and flooring made good
-a small sink removed (from within existing house) and wall made good
- new taps and plumbing for a washing machine
