The area is 15420mm long, one side 7700mm the other end 6085mm and be attached to the house. This area will need to have drain pipes connected to storm water and drains fitted as this will be a wet area. The area is to be concreted up to the level of the existing concrete and that may also need to have some minor work done on it. Once this is completed, the entire area will need a layer of non slip pavers to encompass the whole flooring area. A spa will be delivered and fitting to plumbing will need to be completed(water tap to be fitted under this area also.). After this is completed the retaining walls around the edge of the area will need to be constucted. 2 spaces will need to be left at either end of the area for gates to be installed. After this is constructed the entire area needs to be covered with roofing. Something like Stratco or wooden structure. Either way it needs to allow natural light and also provide privacy. There will also need to be privacy detachable panels (wooden slats) to be placed around the area behind the spa. The spa will also need to be enclosed in a regulation height fence of perspex with self locking gate etc... Electrical work will be required afterwards for the spa and adding of lighting and outdoor electrical points.
