I am renovating my 2 bed room unit. As part of it I would like to open my kitchen to the rest of the unit. I would like to knock a hole in the shared wall between my kitchen and lounge room. I already have an engineers certificate to specify the Lintel required and strata permission.
You would need to;
1) Knock hole in wall
2) build little bench top to link with existing kitchen benches
3) Communicate with my electrician to ensure work is compatible with new lighting that will need to be installed at same time.
There is also possibility of additional work in the form of widening a door way
