knock down small wall that joins kitchen and lounge (solid brick with a doorway, few metres wide. The cornice of the lounge needs to be change in the remaining 3 wall to match kitchen's cornice. Also neeed to cover up a doorway with bricks (probably using bricks from the knocked wall)
