redesign and create a new kitchen space, including knocking out of existing walls to open it up to the lounge area, creating more kitchen space by knocking into the existing bathroom, knocking down laundry and putting in bi-fold doors out to the pool with decking, moving the bathroom to an existing bedroom close by, creating a hallway externally (so adding onto the existing house structure) to the current sunroom which we want made into 2 bedrooms, and building a double garage out the front of the house which will be used as car storage and art studio, by moving the existing wooden fence and building a multi-purpose garage, paving around the pool and in the front yard and allowing for good drainage points around the yards, potentially going upstairs also.
