DEMOLITION
Remove existing brick wall from WC (toilet) area & bathroom
Remove existing brick wall from bathroom & linen
Remove existing brick wall from kitchen & dining area
Open/widen doorway to main bedroom from bathroom
Remove bathroom & WC ceiling (to increase height)
Remove tiles from bathroom walls & floors
Remove all PC items from bathroom
Remove existing kitchen ready for new
BUILDING
Create new stud wall (lightweight, insulated) to dining/bathroom
Supply & install battons to ceiling in Entry, dining, living, kitchen & bathroom (allow for wiring to new lighting)
Supply and install 10mm ceiling gyprock to entry, dining living, kitchen & bathroom ceilings (new false ceiling)
Allow for plumbing to new Bathroom PC items & instalation of PC items
Allow for tiling to Bathroom floor, & skirting to walls (to be supplied by client)
Allow for tiling to kitchen floor (to be supplied by client)
Provide for 90x90mm galintel to new bathroom/bedroom opening
Reuse exisitng door (x2) and frame and handle to bathroom/bedroom entry
Make good floorimg in kitchen/dining ready for tiling (where wall is removed)
Provide new waterproofing membrane to bathroom & kitchen to meet Aust. Standards
(& Astor Consulting Certifier ph 9967 4422)
Provide for external exhaust to kitchen (for rangehood)
Provide for supply & instalation of 3 aluminium sliding windows to; kitchen (x1) & bathroom (x2)
