PHASE 1:

- bring down drying machine
- repipe gas line and sink tubes
- remove all current lighting
- reposition electric outlets/ sockets
- repair all plumbing
- remove vanities and toilets
PHASE 2:
- install kitchen (after cleaning and painting)
- modify kitchen cabinets to fit lights
- electrical installs / repairs (inc change lighting and fix antenna jack)
- install vanities and toilets
- retile toilets
- install kitchen splashback
