Our two-story granny flat is under the same roof as the main house, but is separate. We would like to join it all up, which will require new walls, flooring and new doors. We would also like to turn 2 small rooms which are the laundry and bathroom, into a bigger bathroom with a small laundry (possibly behind a cupboard). The house and granny flat are connected with a deck and we'd like to put a roof or sail over the deck. We'd need help with design as well as the building, but can do demolition work and painting.
