The whole structure has been designed to be independent of the existing house. the deck will be approx 2.1m from ground level. The front deck is approx 4m x 2.5m and is un-roofed. The front deck requires a new hardwood stair to be constructed. the front deck is approx 2.4 from ground level. As said this is a quote for labour only, all materials including will be supplied.
