We have a house that has been relocated to our property, all services are now connected and we need finishing touches to make it livable. -Some weatherboards refitted -Eaves fitted -Insulation in roof and floor fitted -Skirting boards/ door trimmings to some rooms -Windows pinned back in/ repaired -Stairs to front and back doors fitted -General clean of house (remove flaky paint ready for undercoat etc) -There may be other things to do but can work that out when you come to check out the job etc We are selling the property so we want it done relatively soon but if you are busy but can definitely do the job we would love to hear from you so even if you cant do it right now please contact us anyway. We want it done decently but are not fussy with finishing touches etc so long as it is strong and sturdy/ will pass the Certificate of Occupancy we will be happy. We are located at Tamleugh North which is 15mins drive from Shepparton CBD. All will be waiting, just need the builders to put it up! 25km from Shepparton CBD, although only takes 15 mins travel. Willing to put builders up in home.
