We need a builder to build and fit out a timber kit home (we will provide the kit with all inclusions). The kit comes with instruction manual but we need a builder to manage the project from start... We need a builder to build and fit out a timber kit home (we will provide the kit with all inclusions). The kit comes with instruction manual but we need a builder to manage the project from start to finish as well as arrange installation of kitchen and bathroom etc. Stewarton is between Benalla and Shepparton. Plans are being drawn up now and we will organise coucil approval, so likely to be commencing building late 2010 and we'd like to move in late 2011. We will have the flooring, kitchen and bathroom fixtures chosen but the builder will need to have plumber, electrician, tiler, carpenters etc and preferably deal with local people. To start with we just want to know of who might be interested so we can arrange to meet and discuss the project and check out references. Once the plans are finalised we can provide so a firm quote can be worked out. Email communication preferred, no post, it's just vacant land with no letterbox. Looking forward to hearing from you!
