Second, the real leak culprit is the 2nd floor window sill which needs to be replaced/repaired. Third, the roof is leaking around the skylight and needs to be repaired. And finally, all that water coming in has destroyed ceiling gyprock in the bedroom, the kitchen and above the stairs.

We went to have a new carpet installed and found some water damage in the floor under the underlay. We would like to have a builder come look at it to determine the source/cause. Our gutters have just been thoroughly cleaned.
