* include price for engineering, plan approval, certify, etc
* please give price per m2 or just a full quote
* bricks dont have to match exactly, as long as close
* patio/carport slab to be plain concrete only
* bar to be just plain sink, 2 doors, laminate cabinetry
* standard plain doors
* sheet, plaster,, pain over brick wall, (wall where sliding door is, coming from house
* no special insulation requirements, just enough to pass energy rating
* standard shower frame
* standard toilet
* basic plumbing fittings
plain ceramic tiles
* clear glass windows
* fully painted inside, eaves, etc
* ground is level where extension is going, only needs scrape
im sure thats enough to get a full detailed quote, im pretty sure ive covered everything.
