I would like to include a small kitchenette and toilet in this renovation, which I already have my own preferred plumber, electrician and plasterer for. I already have some ideas, but also need a quote on how much it would cost to replace the tin roof with a pitched roof, and possibly have it adjoining the roofline of the house that the garage is attached to. A builder who can organise council permits for the new roof would be preferred. As a separate job, I'd also like to enquire about converting/replacing the car port in front of the garage into a new garage, which I understand would not fall within the approximtae budget I included with my enquiry.
