The kit comes with all materials to complete to lock up (cladding, roof, windows, doors, insulation) plus a few internal items (plaster, internal doors, stairs). I have plans ready and full details of the kit inclusions. I need a builder to organise the building permit, the slab and the build to certificate of occupancy. There will be a few jobs that won't be necessary to organise, e.g. painting, flooring, so we will need to discuss the total job in more detail than I have provided here. I need the job to start in January and a builder who has some understanding of kit homes, or at least an interest in putting one together.
