Glazing certificate- some windows within 500mm of the flooring needs to be safety tough glass. Bathroom from base of bath to window is within 2 meters need to be toughen glass. 4. The heater unit has no evidence available that is complies with Australia Standard 2918 and the National Construction Code (NCC) part 3.7.3.
