Have recently taken down the patio beams beside the house as they were all rotted. One of the beams was resting against the house and has caused damage to the external weatherboard underneath.... There is a large hole and you can see some of the internal wiring behind the boards. I'm not sure if the whole beam has to be replaced, or whether the hole can be patched up.

Wanting to move external front stairs to side front of house with a landing incorporated within the stairs then widen concrete driveway in order to park 2 cars under (above legal height) house....
