We currently live on the rear of a subdivided land in hampton east and have a small 40sqm l-shaped courtyard. we are looking at options to put it to good use. we wanted to extend and make use of 20sqm but that has been rejected by the council based on the exisiting building ratio. will like to seek professional consultation on how to best make use of the limited space we got either through innovative extension designs or landscape it for outdoor living. we still haven't given up on extending yet.
