The job involves removing two existing bi-fold door systems, a large sliding door and three more windows, then adding floor coverings (probably bamboo floorboards, like the rest of the house) and glazing the rear of the decked area. The end result will be a lounge/dining area that's more than twice the size of what we have now. Providing the cost is reasonable and we're happy with you, we're ready to proceed.
