There are two rooms in the house and for both of them there is one corner that the floor is sunken and lower than the ground level. Owner says there need a little work to put a little bit... There are two rooms in the house and for both of them there is one corner that the floor is sunken and lower than the ground level. Owner says there need a little work to put a little bit support(eg a brick) there in subfloor to raise it up and make it back to normal. I have taken a few photos of the floors and I can get the acess to the house after after 11 of Jan. I wonder if this is a job of fixing the floor itself or a type of job for builder or handy man JOB DATE - 12 January to 17th of Jan MEETING REQUIRED - I need a face-to-face meeting to discuss the job. - I'm available to meet on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We have a small courtyard that we would like to have a roof and part of a wall built. A window needs to be removed and glass bricks installed, as well as a sliding door to be removed. - Plans... Council approval is also required, (which we can take care of) but we have Strata approval already.
