This outdoor area will require lighting and a couple of powerpoints. In addition to this covered area we require a small rectangular shaped, steel roofed building approximately 5.7m x 2.0m divided into two parts: . One section to contain a 3.0m x 2.0m bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. Interior to have tiled floor and walls with one external window and one external door, one powerpoint, one light. . The other section is to contain an outdoor kitchen area approximately 2.7m x 2.0m with 2 external windows, three powerpoints, one light, one sink with hot & cold running water, stainless steel bench and cupboards under. The outdoor covered area and small building described above is to be built adjacent to an existing house. A new set of stairs approximately 1.0m high is to be constructed from the existing house to provide access down to the covered outdoor area. This will require cutting a hole in the wall of the house to create a new door to provide access to the stairs.
