Inspection necessary for accurate quote. Job involves the following: 1. Install 3 timber laminate beams and then remove 3 internal concrete walls. 2. Install 2 hanging beams and remove 2 concrete walls. 3. Replace 2 concrete stumps under external wall panel. Engineer’s drawings have been completed for all walls being removed. See attached. We are keen to cut costs and therefore want to complete all basic clean up, cosmetic patching and any other low skill jobs. Builder will need to be willing to communicate with us about appropriate tasks. All materials will be ordered through family timber business so quote is for work only please.
