Job would include removing existing wall linings to 3 walls, removing existing trim over windows and door, installing replacement stud... Job would include removing existing wall linings to 3 walls, removing existing trim over windows and door, installing replacement stud wall (probably metal), new top rail to existing window, new trim over door and window, trap door to under house, refit gas heater and electrical to same place, gyprock to walls with cornice, skirting.
