I am seeking a builder to complete both renovations to my existing house, as well as a new construction of a flat over a garage. Flat / Garage: See Attached: Flat over Garage (we are open to... I am seeking a builder to complete both renovations to my existing house, as well as a new construction of a flat over a garage. Flat / Garage: See Attached: Flat over Garage (we are open to ideas to achieve similar outcome) 2 bed, 1 bath, 70 m2 floor area, 10m2 balcony over the top of 70m2 3 car garage (garage to also be built) External cladding using master wall/thermawall or brick lower with master wall upper. Quotes under $200K Existing House: See Attached: Current plan and extension. Extension of skillion at rear of house by 1m to add 1 bedroom with ensuite. Removal of wall between kitchen and laundry. Re-plastering all internal walls and ceilings except 2 front rooms (removal of old gyprock by owner) Electrical and plumbing throughout the house. The house is 1940’s – 50’s timber frame with fibro cladding and tile roof. I already have quotes to remove the cladding ($6K) and replace with rendered thermawall ($12-13K) I will be home for the next 3 weeks and will be available any time of the day if you would like to come and have a look.
