We are planing on renovating the bathroom and extending the house to include a back deck. the two jobs are linked as the bathroom is at the back of the house. the bath needs removing, toilet, vanity, shower & removed and new ones relocated to the other side of the cirrent bathroom. the back walls and steps need to be removed and a full deck built onto the back of the house. the house is a queenslander and the deck/bathroom is on the main level of the house (not on the ground). if this renovation is successful, we will also raise the house and build underneath in the second phase.
