- removing internal load-bearing brick wall
- removing fireplace and full brick chimney from within same wall. Repairing roof where chimney is
- replacing floorboards from hearth and under removed wall
- polishing boards in 2 rooms and hallway
- Moving one ducted heating vent from one side of room to other
- Installing new powerpoint, tv aerial socket and associated electrics
- Plastering and painting of affected and new walls/ceiling
I require one company to complete/arrange all works so please do not reply unless you can do all of this
