Connect house to storeroom below via internal stairs. Some structural work required as one brick foundation requires removal. Concept plan can be emailed. Good access under house (via workshop) but some excavation would be needed and given space restriction this would be manual (maybe 1-2 man days). Prefer contractor who can do entire job, including structural work, build stairs, stairwell and plastering.
