We want to split a large internal room and make a portion into an outside balcony, the floor space does not change, but want to add bifold doors,add new new hand rails and put new floor over old. also want to replace additional existing sliding doors with bi-folds, remove columns, so will have to add support beams, roof line does not change.
In addition to this work want to replace downstairs window with bi-fold doors and build new timber and steel staircase down to garden. Whilst builder is here also have some walls to be knocked down in pool cabana area, and bathroom and doorways to be sealed up.
