Internal building works: stud wall removal/creation, 3 doors, large BIR

Building works in two areas:
1. Stairs/office: "box in" an area about 2m x 1m, including replacing a sliding door with a hinged door and adding another hinged door.
2. Master bedroom:
a. Build BIR's along 4.2m wall, taking ~600mm from the adjacent dining room (ie. existing wall will be the level of the front of the new robes).
b. Remove the current doorway into master. Add to an existing half height wall plus building a new adjoining wall (only ~1.2m wide) with door frame and new hinged door.
c. Remove existing sliding door into ensuite and filling in (or rebuilding) that wall.
d. New hinged door into ensuite (through existing BIR that is inside ensuite).
Possibly some other works in the ensuite.
