1930's weatherboard california bungalow has an internal brick wall (where old combustion stove once was) that needs knocking down before new kitchen can go in. Ideally, the wall will be taken down, a bulkhead of beam put in and some other demolition work. Old kitchen out, slate floor pulled up. If a builder was happy to quote on the new kitchen too and all the relevant trades required - that would be great. Budgeting and planning at the moment however we are ready to proceed once we have a cost. Using Service Central as some builders have considered the job too small and won't look at it.
