We need 2 walls removed and one replaced with a beam to hold up the roof. another 2 walls need constructing to create two rooms from as well as a corridor and an opening at the end of the corridor. We also need one window made smaller and a new window created. the house is cladded and timber frame. we will remove existing kitchen and wardrobe in master bedroom as well as rip up the carpet. we just need quote on labour and materials required to construct walls. we have cladding to patch up outside wall also.
