Installation of safety bollards at shopping center carpark

We have 18 bollards which we need installed at NSW Rhodes Shopping Center Carpark next week.
Effectively we are after a labour cost for a person with a masonry drill to drill 3 holes (per bollard) into concrete plinths and use masonary bolts secure the 18 bollards in the ground.
All parts and fasteners (stainless steel) are supplied.
Quick online induction (under 30mins) may also be required.
