1. brace two windows that have been removed prior to being clad over.
2. remove existing timber cladding and old insulation
2. install 2.5R autex batts and aircell wrap (requires timber battens) insulation of the 66m2 external wall area of 1st floor room (room sits on one corner of the house).
2. install colorbond cladding over the insulation
3. lift existing clip-lock roof on this room (28m2) and install autex batts and aircell foil
