We have a brick edwardian house (approx 90 years old)
there are 2 parts to this job:
1. we need to knock through a brick wall to open up our living and dining rooms. we don't want to remove the wall entirely, just to make a double doorway between the 2 rooms.
2. we need to improve the sub floor ventilation by installing air vents at the front of the property. currently there are no vents at the front of the house.
