NDB were the only business to respond (ie call me) to my Service Central request for assistance with a chemical underpinning job, so they get a gold star from me for that. The 2 guys who turned up on the day were pleasant, helpful, listened to advice and took direction well. I did have to provide specific direction to them on what I wanted done and it might have been better for the boss to have attended the work site to provide the initial setup and direction. In the end the job went well and it was a pleasure to have the boys on site.
