Install 3 Doors in Double brick Home

Jeff requested 3 quotes from Builders in Kenmore

We have a 1970's double brick home with a single standard door in the ground floor backyard wall. The back wall is two storey's high, double brick ground floor, brick veneer upper floor.

We wish to install three 1800mm (approx) wide doors in the rear wall, one exanding the existing standard door, one extending an existing window down to ground level and one door essentially from scratch.

The upper floor joists run parallel with the rear wall and appear substantial enough to support the 1800mm span. Perhaps some flat bar could be bolted on to strengthen it?

The external brick wall looks like you could temporarily insert some angle, remove the brick below and install some large beams (exposed timber beams are fine).

But happy to discuss the best way forward. Ideally the doors would be standard size however, if not I'm OK having to get doors fitted.

There are some services that would need to be relocated (electricity and water).
