There is lead flashing around the entire house where a second storey extension was added to the existing single story house. Water is pooling in the flashing. The ground floor original house is brick veneer. The upper storey is cement sheeting. The flashing joins the two, going inside the cement sheeting and outside the brickwork. Need someone who can fix the flashing so water runs off and make good the cement sheeting & render if it needs to be cut into. Flexible on dates - would prefer asap.
