I have my own project manager, but I will be requiring a regisered builder for infrastructure & capital works in Coonabarabran in the near future. I was just after a rough estimate of costs per hour and costs of materials etc. Please include in the quote:

I am applying for a rural grant and require a quote on rough costs of setting up a practice. I am looking at some properties at the moment.
