I needs plans drawn up for an L shaped double brick fence on a corner block

Fence will be approx 5mx3m with a gate in the splay. The 5m is front & the 3m is the right side looking @ the street. I want the fence to be 2.4m high, double brick as the house is on a busy road & the house is 600mm of the ground.
