The size of the room extension is approx 8m x 4m with the height being your standard ceiling height. it will step up from living room half a metre . I want to use bricks for outside as it will be rendered and be built on floor boards with gyprock and black corrigated iron to match. no plumbing required only electrical for a 8 downlights.
