Reclad all external walls.
1. Remove existing cedar cladding.
2. Place non-combustible insulation in walls.
3. Place fire blanket (or similar system compliant with BAL-FZ) on east and south walls
4. Clad in fibre cement product e.g. Hardy Primeline Heritage.
Notes:
* South and east walls shall comply with AS3959-2009 "Construction of buildings in bush fire prone areas" Section 9 "Construction for BAL-FZ"
* North and west walls shall comply with AS3959-2009 Section 8 "Construction for BAL-40"
* South and east walls may require scaffolding.
* House dimensions approx 14m x 9m
