House undergoing renovations, require a builder to do a few jobs.
1. Cut double brick wall and enlarge window opening. This is for 3 windows.
Remove 3 old timber windows and replace with new larger windows. Install lintel in wall and flashing.
(Windows already purchased)
2. Make one window smaller by bricking up half the opening. Replace old timber window with new aluminium window (already purchased)
3. 5 other windows in the house in need to be removed, lintel installed above window (for interior brick wall) and replaced with new aluminium windows.
4. Install lintel above old doorway.
5. Remove all old weatherboards and eaves from 1 room at rear of house.
Note: House is double brick, external brick wall has lintel already, interior brick wall no lintel.
