We are doing a small contemporary extension at the back of brick edwardian house (open plan kitchen, dining, lounge and a bathroom and separate laundry replaces our existing kitchen).
plans are to push out 2m at rear and 1200mm at side at back of house. a couple of internal walls will have to be removed for works but general plans work within existing house shell. we have an existing attic room that we will be adding a bathroom to above the new works downstairs.
we require a builder to see to lock up stage - we will organise fit outs of kitchen, bathroom etc.
we are a corner block and have good access to rear.
happy to vacate while work being done.
