Andrew requested 3 quotes from Builders in Ascot Vale
We have purchased a 3 bedroom California Bungalow in Ascot Vale and would like to renovate the whole house based on architect drawn plans. An engineering report is on it's way to being completed in the next two weeks. The project involves:
* Demolition of internal walls (some may be load bearing, depending on the engineering report)
* Reflooring
* Kitchen demolition and replacement
* Tiling
* Plumbing
* Electrical work
* Fittings and fixture installation
* Bathroom demolition and replacement
* Plastering
* Painting
As mentioned, we have architect plans and a solid view of what we want completed. I am happy to send these plans via email through to appropriate bidders to have a look at and we have a lot of photos of the existing house as well. If necessary, I can also arrange a site visit in order to get a quote.
We would like a start date on Monday the 29th of October 2018 and hope to get a builder locked in well before the date.
