We need a contractor who renovates all aspects of a house, who can get building permits from the local council, and also come out and estimate the cost and tell us whether what we want is possible to do. We have some ideas of what we like to be renovated to our house, and want advise on whether it can actually be done. the house is in the south-eastern suburb, Noble Park, so needs to be someone happy to come out that way. We have no house plans available, so would prefer someone to come to the house to take a look and give their opinion and advice and also provide a rough estimate of how much the renovation will cost.
