We are after a certified builder who can project manage the entire renovation as we are unable to get finace from the bank if we owner build/manage it ourselves with individual trades people. We would like to move our kitchen from the middle of our house to the next room across. knock out 2 walls (possibly need a support beam??), replaster the entire house (if price is right), replace flooring throughout, may need to replace windows.
